We’re a small independent project, and every sock we ship is part of a limited edition drop. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number at admin@venturecaterpillar.com . We’ll do our best to make it right.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect sizing (please double-check before ordering)
• Used or worn items
• Sale items or gift orders

We do not accept returned items by mail, and a return address will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and efficiency in handling orders.
